What is an NFC review sticker?

It is a self-adhesive tag containing an NFC chip and antenna. When tapped with a compatible smartphone, it can open a programmed online review page or feedback form.

Can you program our Google review link before shipping?

Yes. Send us the correct review URL, and we can encode it so the stickers are ready to use after delivery. We recommend testing the final link on both iPhone and Android before approving mass production.

Can every sticker open a different link?

Yes. We can encode unique URLs from an Excel file and, when required, match each URL with a corresponding printed QR code, number, or design.

Can customers leave a review with one tap?

The tap can take the customer directly to the programmed review page. The customer must still choose the rating, enter any comments, and submit the review according to the platform’s normal process.

Does the customer need an app?

Normally no app is required to open a standard web URL on a compatible NFC-enabled smartphone. Phone model, NFC settings, browser behavior, and operating system can affect the experience.

Does it work with both iPhone and Android?

NTAG213 is widely compatible with NFC-enabled iPhone and Android devices. Because NFC support and background reading vary by model and system version, sample testing is recommended for projects with special device requirements.

Can the sticker be rewritten?

Yes, if the tag has not been permanently locked. We can supply blank or rewritable stickers, or lock the stored data after final encoding when the link must not be changed.

Can I place a standard NFC sticker on metal?

No. Metal can interfere with the NFC antenna. Use an anti-metal NFC sticker specifically designed with a shielding layer for direct installation on metal surfaces.

Is the sticker waterproof?

Water resistance depends on the selected material, printing process, edge construction, adhesive, and installation method. PET, PVC, epoxy, and other durable options are available; please describe the actual environment so we can recommend a suitable version.

Can you add both NFC and a QR code?

Yes. We can print a common or unique QR code and encode the same destination into the NFC chip, providing customers with both tap and scan options.
